Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed on bachwears.com with BACH Wears, a menswear brand based in Lebanon. By placing an order you accept them. Questions: care@bachwears.com or WhatsApp +961 71 566 296.

Orders

  • Placing an order is a request to buy. Your order is accepted once we have called or messaged you to confirm it.
  • We may decline or cancel an order — for example when a piece turns out to be unavailable, a price is shown in error, or we cannot reach you to confirm. If you have already paid, you are refunded in full.
  • You can cancel an order yourself from your account while it is pending, confirmed or being prepared.

Prices and currency

  • Prices are set in US dollars. Amounts in Lebanese pounds are shown at our current exchange rate, and the rate is fixed on your order when you place it.
  • Prices include TVA where it applies.
  • Delivery is charged at checkout: $5, free when the pieces in your order come to $100 or more. The fee and threshold shown at checkout are the ones that apply. Collection from our shop is free.

Payment

  • Cash on delivery, in US dollars or Lebanese pounds at the day's rate.
  • Your BACH wallet: when your wallet balance covers the full order, you receive 10% off. Wallet top-ups sent through Whish are confirmed within six hours.
  • At our shop, for orders you collect: cash or Whish.
  • Card payment, once it is available on the site.

Delivery

We deliver across Lebanon. Every order is confirmed by phone before dispatch, is usually prepared the same or next working day, and typically arrives within one to three working days depending on your region. Please check your pieces when they arrive. Full details are on our Delivery & Shipping page.

You can also choose to collect your order from our shop, free of charge, when that option is shown at checkout. We will tell you when it is ready; bring your order number, and pay at the shop if you have not paid already.

Returns and exchanges

Online orders can be returned within 3 days and exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the pieces are unworn, unwashed and still carry their original tags. A $5 delivery fee applies to returns and exchanges of delivered orders; it is deducted from the refund or added to the exchange. Refunds are made the way you paid. Promo codes and gifts

  • One promo code per order. Codes have no cash value and follow the conditions shown with them.
  • The birthday code is offered to account holders whose birthday has been on their account for at least 30 days, and is valid around that date once a year.
  • Spin-the-wheel prizes are limited to one per email address and apply to a first order.

Loyalty points

  • Customers we know by phone or account earn points on what they pay for the pieces in an order, excluding delivery: currently 1 point per $1. Points are added when an in-store purchase is completed or an online order is delivered.
  • Points can be converted into BACH wallet credit: currently 100 points for $5. Wallet credit is spent on orders and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
  • Points expire after 6 months without a purchase. Points earned on pieces you return are taken back.
  • Points have no cash value. We may change the earning rate, reward or expiry period; the current figures are always shown in your account, and points already converted are not affected.

Your account

Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can switch on two-step sign-in, which asks for a code sent to your email each time you sign in. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or misuse.

Product information

We photograph and describe every piece as accurately as we can, but colours can vary slightly from screen to screen. Use the size guide on each product page; if you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

Intellectual property

The photographs, text, logo and design of bachwears.com belong to BACH Wears and may not be reused without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Lebanese consumer protection law, including Law No. 659 of 2005. Beyond those rights, our responsibility for an order is limited to the value of that order.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Lebanese law. If something goes wrong, contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Any dispute we cannot settle together will be handled by the competent Lebanese courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version shown when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
