Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 3 days, and exchanges within 7 days, of the day you receive your order. For online orders that is the day it is delivered, not the day you ordered, so a late delivery never shortens your time.

Pieces should be unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags attached.

A $5 delivery fee applies to returns and exchanges of delivered orders: it is deducted from your refund, or added to an exchange.

Start a return from your account or from the Start a return page — pick the order, tell us which pieces, and we'll take it from there.

Exchanges for a different size or colour follow the same steps. Refunds are settled the way you paid, or as wallet credit if you prefer.

Bought in our shop? Bring the piece and its receipt within the same 3 days to return or 7 days to exchange.
