Download or delete your data

In My Account, Privacy: Download gives you one file with everything we hold on you (profile, orders, returns, wallet, points, wishlist, alerts, messages and newsletter status). Delete my account removes your name, email, phone, birthday, sizes, wishlist, alerts and newsletter subscription, and you can no longer sign in. Past orders stay in our accounts, no longer linked to you, and unused loyalty points are lost. Deleting can't be undone; if you have an order on its way or wallet credit, contact us first.
