Changing or cancelling an order

Signed in? Open My Account, then Orders, and tap Cancel order while it is still Placed, Confirmed or Being prepared. The pieces go back on sale straight away. To change a size, colour or address, cancel and place a new order, or message us on WhatsApp before it ships. Ordered as a guest? WhatsApp us with your order number. Once an order is Ready or On its way it can no longer be cancelled; you can return it after delivery instead.
